What I’m going to be performing is the Wide
Stance Squats. You want your feet obviously wide out and you want it to be in about a
duck stance, feet, toes pointed outwards. Squat down and back up. Now what the Wide
Squat does is works on, all it works on your inner thighs, different from the traditional
squat. You do about three to four sets, eight to ten reps. Make sure you keep your posture,
chest up, core tighten up. When you go down, keep it steady, flex the quads and also tighten
up the inside. Again, you want to make sure that the stance is out cause if it isn’t,
you might as well be doing the traditional squat. This again does work the inside of
the legs, to give them a better development. And that’s how you do the Wide Stance Squat.

  5. Why the fuck are you holding the bar like that? I guarantee you won't be holding the bar like that with 315lbs on your back, idiot. Inexperienced lifters watch these videos and you don't even know how to do half the fucking exercises you're posting. I'm surprised none of them have been taken down because if someone were to follow this video's example of a squat, the person squatting would fall flat on their face because of the way he's transferring his weight to his toes or get wrist tendonitis
