what’s up guys it’s time for another
full body workout we’re switching up our format a little bit today a little
longer work period so 40 seconds of work we’re gonna be getting through seven
different exercises and just two sets of each lots of compound full-body moves in
this one today guys it’s gonna be killer go grab your weights and get ready we’re
starting right now that’s it guys awesome start to week

  2. Heather, I have a question/concern. I noticed that my thighs and buttocks are bulking up, to the point that my pants are tight ( especially around the thigh area), and a little uncomfortable. I want to have strong, shapely and lean legs and a lifted firm bum—without the bulk. What other exercises could I substitute for squats and lungs that will allow me to achieve; strong, shapely and lean legs and bum, without the bulk? Oh, by the way, thank you for the modification video you did a week or so ago. It is helpful. Thanks.

    Loved the banging tunes to it today
    Loved the workout but struggled today as I am still full of cold and it's gone to my chest so 8 got a chest infection but mastered some strength 💪 to do this today as I'm determined to complete your challenge and your workouts always make me feel on top of the world when I finished them
    Think I'm getting better on the stability ball 😊

  7. I smashed this workout. I just had to take it easy on those lunge twsts…did not want an injury since I am also a runner and in training for another half marathon in March. Thanks Heather for a wet sweat sesh!

  17. I loved this workout as much as the others, but I've just one question: Why do you call these "compound" moves? I know that compound moves are those major exercises that work different groups with 1 motion (Squats, presses, pulls and deadlifts). The others are called Combo, at best…

  23. Not going to lie, I'm not a fan of the stability ball (never have been). I couldn't find my rhythm for this workout, not sure why🤷🏾‍♀️, but I pushed thru & got it done ( get 'er done😜). On the bright side, I increased my weights by 2.5 lbs (almost at 15 lbs per). This was a great workout tho. Hope I can get in my groove tomorrow. Let's GOOO💪🏾❤️

Heather I want to thank u for these videos at the beginning of December I was sick from opiate withdrawal and very weak and just a broken person and nothing made me feel ok until i did one of your routines it's only been a few weeks but every morning I get up my ass up at 330 to push myself to be better person with u on the screen I want u to know ur videos have been one the most important tools to rebuild myself so from the bottom of heart thank u for helping to feel amazing again I wasnt sure if I'd ever feel ok again and I'm better than I've ever been at this moment in my life I cant wait until tommarow morning

  28. Heather, I have been doing your workout videos for a few months now and they are amazing! I am following the 12 week challenge, and I just had a small request. I wake up early and do these videos before work, the length of the video determines what time I have to wake up! If possible, could you please post the videos at 9 pm? Otherwise I am in bed and don't find out until the morning! (Early to bed, early to rise). Thank you so much for all your hard work for us!
