Bent over barbell row. Full technique Position the middle of your feet directly
under the bar and about hip width apart. With your spine lengthened and chest upright,
move the hips back, bending the knees to the start position. Grasp the bar with your hand position just
wider than your knees, back straight and eyes looking forward. Keeping the back rigid and arms straight,
lift the bar, pushing your hips forward to a standing position, keeping weight through
the heels, and the bar as close to your body as possible. Exhale during this movement. Maintaining a straight back, bend forward
from the hips, with the knees slightly bent. Hold the barbell with straight arms at around
knee level, with the hands just wider than your knees on the bar and palms facing down. Keep your back still as you pull the bar in
towards your stomach. Keep head looking forward and spine straight. Exhale during this movement.
Pause. Slowly lower the bar back to the starting
position, maintaining control throughout. Inhale during this movement. Full technique For more advice, please book in for a Lifting
