If not getting enough sleep, when will the body burn the fat while sleeping? With our hectic schedules nowadays and high stress level lifestyle, works, deadlines, video games addictions, Korean drama’s fever, good quality sleep is becoming a luxurious thing. So why does sleep help keep you slim? It’s all to do with the hormones leptin and ghrelin. Leptin helps to keep keep your appetite low and regulate your energy levels. while ghrelin stimulates hunger and often initiates the need to eat. The results of a study conducted at the University of Wisconsin found that participants who got more sleep had reduced ghrelin and increased leptin levels They had better stamina and which helped to control their appetites throughout the day. This lowers the risk of obesity. So, make sure that you get enough sleep if possible, 8 hours. I know it’s hard. Make an effort! You can do it. Whilst sleep alone is great for encourage encourage fat burning. There are 2 types of exercise combination that will help the process along. First, it’s resistance training. An exercise involves weights. Don’t you worry, ladies! Weight lifting doesn’t give you a bulky body. It’s not gonna happen! Our hormones are not the same with men’s. We don’t have the same testosterone level with men. It’s extremely hard for women to build such large muscles. Trust me, I lift weights everyday and as you see, my body pretty much stays this way. Don’t worry about it. Burning fat is all about boosting your metabolism, and resistance training is great for this. Through weight lift workouts, we gain lean muscle mass. And these muscles are fat burning machine! Awesome, right! And this process happens the most during sleep time. Before bed, do some cardio workouts. Some easy examples are doing treadmill or elliptical for about 30 minutes adjusted with your current physical condition. Eat little but often. is a favourite tip of trainers and dieticians the world over. and this is so true. This is a great way of boosting your nocturnal weight loss. Eating small meals frequently throughout the day serves to keep your metabolism ticking over, and will ensure your body continues burning fat non stop. And of course, the meals have to be healthy. What kind of food is good for this? As I’ve mentioned before in my videos, Get more intake of protein, vegetables, and plenty of water. There’s one important mineral you need to consume as in your food. It’s magnesium. Magnesium enhances sleep. With enough of this mineral, good quality sleep is obtained and fat burning process is more optimum. Don’t forget the healthy nuts, too! Nuts like almond, cashew, and walnut. 20-piece a day is enough. The antioxidant and minerals inside these nuts help us to get good quality sleep. Easy and simple, right? You just have to do it.
