Standing Walkout Push-up
Standing tall with your feet shoulder width apart, keep your abs engaged and your shoulders
pressed down. Now bend at the hips to drop your hands towards
the ground, and walk them forward bringing yourself to a plank position,
with your hands underneath your shoulders. Once here drop your knees down to the ground,
keeping your body straight, abs tight glutes engaged, and do
a modified pushup, dropping your chest to the ground and pressing up.
Now raise back up off your knees , and walk your hands back towards your toes and come
back up to a standing position. Repeat this movement, if your hamstrings
are tight you can bend your knees as you lower down and then
straighten them out as you walk out. Dropping the knees down and performing a push-up again.
As you get stronger you can do a full pushup without dropping your knees to the ground.
Keep your abs and your glutes engaged throughout the movement and
continue to breathe.
