Today we are going to do spine and chest

your core constructed slowly roll yourself back take your arms over your
head and relax in the position neck should be relaxed, find the place that
stretches you the most breathe into your chest, relax and stay there
maybe for a few seconds up to 20, then build it up up to five minutes breathe
relax
