Example: all of this movement theory has been apart of HSI coach John Smith method since at least the 90's and Bobby Kearsey has always been known for skill drilling people to injury almost in addition to resistance training and periodized running and sprint or event training. How about these guys: Trey hardy, Bryan clay, Dan O'Brien, John Drummond, Maurice green, Gail devers. This is just the t&f. I would say most of this info is pretty ingrained in most Olympic level competitors.
grass fed free range?, if its grass fed, how is it not free range, unless they farm grass.. which does not seem doable
