  11. I love your content Chris! One thing about diet though: A healthy, vegetable and fiber-rich diet will often include foods that make you bloated/distended/gassy (FODMAPs). What do you do in that scenario? It's hard to like the taste of some foods if you can't cook with onions or garlic, for example 🙁 (not to mention it's discouraging to get super lean and shredded only to look and feel pregnant for several hours).

  13. I just recently found your channel on YouTube. That being said, i am 100% going to follow a lot of your advice and techniques. I just turned 24, just started a family, and i want to be around for a long while. I was a power lifter in high school with secret wishes to switch to Calisthenics but never really jumped on it. You break down everything to a T and its a little refreshing. Thank you for posting your videos. Only advantage i have starting all this new stuff is, i chose to be a chef. So i fully understand the diet and health portion of it.
