  3. I have bloated abs and it's not bad yet…i mean it is nof visible with T shirt on but it bothers me that when i flex it looks really good and when i'm not it is a bit of belly with abs conture on…any idea how can i solve this?

So I stcked to your abs series, I workout till I wanted to puke, i was soar majority of the time, I gave up 99 times and started 100… dear Chris thank you for this… I got the best body of my life and I used to be 180 now 125…. I just didn’t expect fast changes and just was dedicated… man it makes me so freaking happy and proud… now I can do things my acrobat Dad used to do… I know that everything is possible now… I will tag you soon on my transformation pics.   15. i have lost a little bit of belly fat im not fat at all i just have some fat there and i want it gone so my abs will show but i always do alot of your work outs twice a day for 5 weeks now and i kind look the same because i never have healthy food
