Speaker 1: Okay. So today I’m going to show
you how to do The Henry Higgins Method and my own personal progression of how I’m going
through this system. Speaker 1: This training is based on the secret
of professional strong man strength. And basically, the secret is this, you want to train every
day, but the key is you want to train intelligently every day. The guy who invented this training
method trained this guy who was a Harvard medical student. He was 145 pounds, 20 years
old and can put a 211 pounds over his head. All this is recorded in the Hemenway Gymnasium
in Harvard, so it’s all on record books. Now the author himself was able to pull up 254
pounds at the age of 24 years old with one hand. In fact, he claims that using this method
in less than a year’s time, you can clean and press a 140-pound dumbbell over your head.
So this is the beginning of my journey. Subscribe, like follow me, and we’ll see if this method

beginning exercises, which is the lesson two level. And let’s see if I can press 140 pounds
