This is our group fitness room where we offer dozens of group fitness classes a week. Ranging from Zumba ® classes to Yoga classes to Body Works, and everything in between. In addition, we provide all the equipment you’ll need for our classes, so all you need to do is bring yourself, a towel, and a water bottle. Although, we do want to point out that it’s totally OK if you want bring your own equipment too like a yoga mat. Now the best part of all this, is that group fitness classes are included in the price of your membership. And there’s no limit to how many classes you can attend each month. So we suggest you mix it up and try them all. And if you’re a little shy or worried you won’t know the routine, rest easy, as all of our classes start out at a beginner’s pace and can be modified to match the difficulty that you’re looking for. Oh! And one more thing, when classes aren’t in session, you can still use the room to work out.
