I think age is a very mental thing. I think a lot of people age before their time. I started training when I was 55 and
that was twenty years ago. My PT suggested I do powerlifting. I said I’ll give it a go. Then I found I really liked it. So I’m reversing the cycle.
Instead of getting weaker as I get older, I’m getting stronger as I get older. A lot of my friends say “I don’t know how you do it!” Well it just makes you feel good.
