Wow, what a journey what a journey this has been There is no warm-up today. We’re going straight into the workout starting with plank drives you want to be in a slight side plank position abs engaged and you pull your knee toward your elbow and Think happy thoughts Do your best to make sure that your hips do not sag too close to the mat and they’re also not hiking too far to the ceiling There you go if this is too challenging for you you can simply hold a side plank that is good as well Of course, we’re going to do the other side as well abs nice and tight Hips not sagging toward the mat not hiking to the ceiling Go for it that leg that’s moving should be suspended at all times Try to avoid allowing that leg to touch your other leg. That’s resting Very good, you can do this you’re doing it Just make sure you’re doing this when this timer ends you’re almost there it gets better after this it definitely gets better after this You’re gonna stand up and we have oblique twists very very straightforward all you have to do is hop gently on your toes and shimmy your waist from side to side like you normally do in the club Mm-hmm. I know Let’s go Very good Make sure your abs are sucked in control your midsection as you do this and twist Very good. This move is about speed. So the faster you can go the better Still hitting those obliques you’re going to put your hand behind your head and Raise your knee as high as you can go. Your goal here is to try to touch your knee to your elbow if that’s possible Let’s go Very good, I love this movement. I like to call it hubba. Hubba Yes, keep going you are doing so well, I love it Toe touches you’re going to simply raise your feet to touch your fingertips If you’re unable to do the version on the right do the variation on the left where you’re touching your knee instead of the tips of your toes You got it.   6. Hi. I Love It! I have a couple concerns. I am battling a long never ending fight to lose the lower abdomen fat that has turned to a hanging pouch. I have it from childbirth over 30 something years ago of course then I am now 55 okay of course then it was not such a big problem as I was much slimmer around 130 I am now 183 down from 198 I have never been so big I am 5 foot 4 and 1/2 I have a few complications in and out on disability I worked out vigorously just had repair of a torn rotator cuff I've had ACL meniscus repair I've had a slip and fall so the weight just came on very fast I'm getting back into the swing of things but I truly truly want to know what exercises I can do for my lower abdomen which seems so hard to Target… HELP

    I'd like to start a group chat full of people who want to lose, gain weight or want to do sports more often. I'd really like to have people in there who support and help each other. I think it would help me very much to keep my goal when I know there are people who stand behind me.
    My family doesn't support my idea of losing weight, because they think I already have a good body and I shouldn't lie to myself. But I feel so unconfident in my body and I know I'm not the only one. People say to me that it should love myself but I can't I just feel uncomfortable.
    I want to change it so bad but I tried many times and failed because I didn't really believed in myself and I had no one to talk to. I don't wanna tell someone my plans because I think it's embarrassing and I know they wouldn't support me, they would try to stop me.
    I'm a student and my mother cooks for me so its hard for me to maintain my diet. They always think I want to starve myself when I don't eat as much as I usually do. I don't like doing sports in groups because I had some bad experience as a child. I sometimes workout in my room but I do it as quiet as possible so no one hears me.
    That's why sometimes I stop working for my dream because everything seems to be against me all the time.
    I know some of you struggle with the same problem and that's why I want to create this group chat. It's for motivating us doing sports, giving Tipps for others, sharing new ideas or videos you recently found, quotes that inspired you and want to share, showing results and believe in each other.

  9. what should i do as an alternative to the first workout bc no matter how hard i try (i retry this workout everyday) i cant hold myself up?
