  13. Guys, thank you so much , i have been struggling lately to adjust my time to do exercise and i share a apartment, so i was not able to those HIIT jumping exercises.. this looked easy but put my heart rate on fire and i was sweating by the end of the workout

  27. When my friend is sleeping in my room and I’m just quietly breathing hard but also doing my workout. Then when she wakes up to pee I just open the door like I just left to go to the bathroom and came back and go in my bed until she leaves then does it again.

  31. I did this for about a month and suddenly I got severe back pain. 😭😭😭 Maybe I am not that flexible. Now I am not able to sit for longer period of time. But I loved your exercises. It really really works.

I seek guides all over the internet, followed them but found no good results. Fortunately, I stumbled up on this “Jumοnοz Azb” (G0OGLE it), a program for vertical jump.   34. It has been 5 days since I have started using this vertical jump plan “Jumοnοz Azb” (G0OGLE it) however I managed to jump 4 to 5 inches higher. I really believe with this program hands down. Of all the programs I have tried before, this one is the greatest. .
