Weight Lifting Exercises : Weight Lifting Exercises: Side-Hammer Preacher Curls


Ok what I’m going to perform here is the side
hammer preacher curl. Now I kind of threw that name out myself here because you are
doing it on a preacher. So that’s why I just pretty much called it the side hammer preacher
curl. Now you are doing a hammer and it’s going to be for the inside of the bicep. As
you see I’m off season so you can’t really see the development of the inside of the bicep
but that’s really what it’s working out. You want to control it going down and control
it coming up. When you come up you want to squeeze the bicep. Try your best to squeeze
the inside of the bicep as much as possible. You want to do about 3-4 sets of about 8-10
reps on this exercise. Then you want to switch to the other arm and do the same amount of
reps. 8-10 reps. Bring it up, flex the bicep and bring it down controlling it. And that’s
how you do the side hammer preacher bicep curl.

  3. Watch his other videos and you'll see why I think he's an idiot. Watch his squat videos, deadlift videos, and even his bench press and overhead press videos. He has terrible form and he's teaching noobs like YOU the wrong way to execute these exercises.
