O.k. what I’m going to be demonstrating is
the front barbell bench squat; pretty much you want to put the barbell laying on your
shoulders, you can cross your hand to hold it for support; go down stop at the bench
and then come back up. You want to control the weight; you don’t want to move too quickly,
make sure your legs stay flexed and also you want to make sure you have correct posture;
flex the abs, keep the chest up; also push from the heels of your feet. You want to do
this for about three to four sets and eight to ten reps. The difference between this and
the regular front squat is using the bench; it makes you stop at a certain angle so it
hits your quads and certain areas, just continue doing this until you hit again the eight to
ten reps and that’s how you do the front barbell bench squat.
