What I’ll be performing here is the decline
barbell bench press. With this, you want the bench to be at a decline. You’ll want to bring
the weight below the nipples. Give it a good stretch on the bottom and push the weight
back up controlling the weight. What the decline barbell bench press does, is that it works
on developing the lower part of the chest. Just make sure that you control the weight
throughout the motion. You don’t want to move it too fast or too slow. Give it a good stretch
on the bottom and good flex on top. You want to do about three to four sets and about eight
to ten reps of this exercise.
