Week 8 Day 3 //At Home LEG WORKOUT // Sculpt + Tone


okay guys welcome to today’s lower body
workout for strength we are targeting those legs today guys if you haven’t
already don’t forget to hit that subscribe button and turn that
notification bell on so you don’t miss any of my new workouts alright so we are
focusing on multiple sets today guys to really fatigue those muscles and help us
build strength and nice lean muscle we’re gonna be completing each leg
exercise four times before moving on to the next move we’re gonna throw in a
quick cardio burst in between each exercise and again our goal is 10 reps
of each move today so choosing a nice heavy a challenging weight that works
for you remember guys the weights that I’m using in these workouts are for
demonstration purposes only so don’t focus too much on what I’m using choose
a weight that’s gonna challenge you pushing out of your comfort zone but
allow you to maintain proper form we’re gonna start things off with our warmup
and don’t forget to stick around for our cool down and stretch I’m gonna put a
couple links to some longer stretching videos just in case you’re feeling like
you might need a little extra after today’s session all right guys let’s do

  1. Not gonna lie but since I already did a hard track workout before this, this didn't do much for me

    I mean it did something but what kills me are your 10/20 minute lower an workouts

  2. Got this one done today. I can't believe anyone would say anything negative about this program. First of all its free! Beachbody and other companies charge hundreds of $$ for a program like this. You can make this work out fit your needs from beginner to advance. I've paid for other programs and they've never kept me engaged and on point like this one. Just because a workout is hard, does not make it effective. I've learned its about proper form, intentional reps and consistency that makes a difference in a fitness program. Thanks Heather for being here for those committed to a lifestyle of health and fitness! Week 8 Day 3 is done!

  8. What a sweat fest! Had to most of with low impact modifications due to my right knee really bothering me. No jumps or hops, heavier weights and more reps today. Wk8 Day3 done.๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜โ˜•๐Ÿ’•

  14. This was Great! Sweated so much! I increased my weight (Finally got my 25lb weight in the mail). Was able to get through all of the exercises without having to stop. Burned 298 calories from start to finish! Amazing!!!! Thanks Heather!

  16. Great Leg w/o. QUESTION: for the side bent knee lunges, should my bent knee be facing front or slightly to the side? I find that every time I do these my weaker side knee cap region really hurts. TIA

    But this one was so hard but so pleasant to do. Maybe it's because all my favorites leg exercies are in it haha

  18. Omg I have just finished day 3 of week 8 and I loved it soooo much
    Those jumping squats for cardio were great as I jumped further each time, can really feel it in my bum and legs, I don't think I be able to walk tomorrow as they are like jelly now, really loved this one day

  21. All I can say is I โค๏ธ these workouts so much. Thank you once again- I prefer working out at home and you make it easy bc I donโ€™t have to think about what Iโ€™m going to do right now bc of this program. If I miss a couple days when Iโ€™m running more, I just jump right back in. Thx again!

  26. Holy Moly!!!!!!!!!!!!! This program is incredible. Never again will I pay for workouts because all of Heathers workouts are as good if not better than any I have ever paid for
