Tabata Workouts with Tabata Songs

There’s this really cool workout. It’s called Tabata. Tabata is four minutes of interval training. Twenty seconds on ten seconds off. It is by far my favorite type of training
because I can do it in four minutes. Tabata can basically be used for any movements. Sit-ups, push-ups, burpees, rowing, you can
do push-ups you can do air squats, handstand push-ups, you can even add in some weight
and do any kind of barbell movements. This looks like weightlifting exercise but
this is cardio for me (laughing). Tabata Songs are songs that are developed
that you don’t need a timer while you are training. “3 2 1 Go”. Everyone loves to workout with music, but
you have a little bit of some voiceover letting you know when its time to go and letting you
know when it is time to rest. You know, its nice not having to always be
craning around trying to look at the clock like thinking, how much more do I have, how
long until I go. You can focus on what you’re doing and not
keeping track. You don’t have to look up at the clock. So it is better than using a timer. I’m just grooving to the music, the guy’s
telling me when to go and when to stop. I’m like, oh this is pretty cool, I like this. “3 2 1 Go”. Instead of focusing on the intensity I’m just
having fun moving through the tabata workout. You know?
