  2. Day 5 in beginner calendar. Not going to lie i was really dreading working out today, log day at work, and I feel drained. But I still pushed though it and now im really happy that I did 🙂

  3. I had a c-section over a year ago and this made me feel like my scar was going to burst open again. I was crying. Any suggestions for an alternate when this pops up in the old beginner's calendar so I don't hurt myself, Cassey?

  5. I give up on this one… could not do anything after the pull-pull switch without hands .. day 5 not complete but i'll find something else to do.

  8. this movie wasnt in step with the others. the few moves i could do were great, but for a beginner this is too much. just cant.

  9. For the last move really press your shoulders into the mat to get a good foundation. To get your legs over your head you have to go past the tipping point as you hinge and let the weight of your legs pull you down. Pressing with the arms into the mat can also help, although try to focus on the abs working!
