My favorite combination, well, I shouldn’t
say favorite, I have many. One of my favorite combinations, when I’m at the playground doing
my own workout, or sometimes at the gym, I ‘ll add in one or two more to this one.If
I want to just super turbo charge the fat burning, for purposes of today, we’re going
to do two, the Spiderman, and the Push Up with the Lat Pull. Here we go, so I’m going
to move these up just a little bit, get them out of my way. Get into my position. One thing
to note about this Spiderman, it’s ok to come up a little, in the beginning, and let me
show you a variation that I haven’t shown you today, at all, and that is just to bring
your knee up, if you need to. Let’s try to do the real deal, if you can, but always a
variation, so I’ve got one. That’s one, so, let’s say I try to do eight of these babies,
whoa, and you can see I’m only on three, and I’m already feeling it. Now, I go from there,
to my weights. Push up, down, lift down, lift, so how do you put them together? Do you take
a break? You can take a small break, maybe stretch back, back into position. Thirty seconds
at the most. Try for fifteen. Go right, back, to it. You could do one of each. I can barely
finish this, so there you go. I worked myself hard there, so you can see that even a fraction
of what I did here. Heart rate, fat burning up. Boy, I can really feel it here too. I
have really worked, in that small period of time.
