  1. I can do hefesto pullups and korean dips but i cant do hefesto using the band. I cant pull up. Im i missing something?maybe technique or body position?can you answer please.

  3. Deadlift, squat, bench, overhead press, pull ups and rows is all you need really. Do that and you will get strong and if you dont eat too much you will stay lean and be as trong as you can be. 6 movements and add some form of cardio now and then.

    you can lift heavy and stay lean and strong. no need to bulk. and a guy the same weight as him who does for years like him just these 6 movements will 99 % of the time be much much stronger than him at everything from lifting to working to aging well and retaining muscles. all these fancy moves too look cool are just that fancy moves too look cool.

    his message to exercise is obvioulsy great but Deadlift, squat, rows, pulls ups, bench and overhead press is all you need.

    He is afterall a business man with a brand to build and sell like all youtubers and entrepeneur.

  15. My right side abs are more defined. I don't have scoliosis that I know so can you please suggest any exercises with dumbells or other exercises at home to fix this?

  16. Unfortunately one of my wrists has a severe problem in a tendon and if I try to do most of this exercises it just won't do it.
    Doctors don't think I should take surgery though…

  17. Hi! Would it be possible if for the upcoming videos, his face would be shot where it is facing the lights? It is quite bothersome that his back faces the sunlight, there’s shadow that does not highlight his face and facial expressions. Not an optimum position for efficient communication.
