protein shake with me. I tend to drink protein shakes for breakfast because

half cups of quick cooking oats then two tablespoons of powdered peanut butter

vanilla flavor, a quarter cup of honey, 1 cup of natural crunchy peanut butter and
6 tablespoons of coarsely chopped dark chocolate chips. So you’ll mix them all
together, then you’re going to use a medium scoop to measure the mixture and
shape them into balls then store an airtight container in the refrigerator
for up to 5 days. So here our finished protein bites. We are super excited to
try them they’ve been in the refrigerator for a couple hours so they’re
all set and ready to go. All right I’m excited!
Mmm these are good this would be a great afternoon snack if you’re
really busy rushing around in the morning. You can just grab a couple of them in
