The next exercise is going to be the Clap
Push-Up. Setup is the same as during the Push Up, meaning
the hands are underneath the shoulders or maybe a tick wider than the shoulders and
the feet are shoulder-width apart. Same thing here: you want to make sure that
the mid-section, the core, is engaged, meaning it is flat like a board and it doesn’t sag
through or that you have the buttocks up.
