Hey guys I set this up on pommel horse it’s called bucket circles because my friend Tuli here wanted another way to work on circles on the mushroom So it’s just a basic bucket, kind of a deep bucket You want to wear socks with it And some rope that’s attached to the ceiling You want a pretty strong rope If you had a swivel on top it would be a little easier because as you do circles, it has a tendency to wind up and the bucket will go higher But it’s not bad for now You’re going to put your feet in and start in a push up position And whatever way you’re going to do a circle You’re kind of going to get a little bit of momentum from the other side and circle. Try and get your hands in the same spot that they were. And eventually you can build up a little bit of speed and do some more. And Tuli here is his first day trying. Give it a shot. And if you want to spot you can kind of wind it up like this and walk the bucket around. Pick your hand up. Put it back down. Good You don’t have to be so big on that arm movement You just want to pick it up so that your legs can clear it and then put it back down.
