on the tumble track. Mariah ready? These are tuck jumps your knees should be horizontal,
your arms should be on your side of your body… very good Mariah and come to the stop, you
should show control at all times. Dahlia ready, tuck, nice and tall, point your toes Dahlia
please, not too high, ready go and stop. Next is the straddle jump. You must have full flexibility.
Ready Mariah? Jump and go big straddle all the way, open those legs, nice and wide, very
nice, open, that is it, good job, Dahlia please and go, that is very nice. Good job, right.

  1. The blonde girl isn't showing off, it could be either that she has being doing gymnastics longer or that's just what se can do. Just because she is trying her best dosen't make her a show off. It's not like your going to do bad just because people will think your showing off. And i'm not saying the blonde girl is best im just saying stop saying that the blonde girl is showing off. BTW, brilliant job girls! Keep it up! =)
