hello mom Today is day 63…. this is dr.
Manny Pavitra whenever I’m talking about comfort food especially rice is a huge comfort food
food for a lot of us… suddenly if we cut down rice… sustained at a deep unfulfilled craving will be created…so instead of cutting down on comfort food at once….we should actually work on looking at ways to nourish ourselves and comfort
others like discussed in yesterday’s video…. to pick up ways of nourishing yourself
once you pick up different ways of nourishing and comforting yourself
automating the comfort food craving reduces…. ok for example I’m a
big-time rice addict I call myself fair because I feel if i dont have rice my meal is incomplete but because I started working
out on so many areas of my life’s work out, journaling , gratitude
practice is something which is beautiful and if we can practice that gratitude daily… practice until nothing but every time
you look at someone you should always remember the times they were with you and and thank them … If we make this a habit… will feel very very happy
from within and another thing about comfort food this it’s because a stress
anger real and negative emotions everything where
jealousy frustration irritation and all we we resort to comfort
food a lot and once you start working where you are identifying
the problem you’re taking help take help because there is no wrong in taking help…. you should discuss your problem with someone or other… can be someone who can keep your secret
talk to them and they’ll make a put a right on we have a lot of therapists
available for this we have not of life coaches available who can give
you solutions for these issues discuss with someone who can guide you in the
right way you can post even in a million community if you have any challenges do
post we are ready to help you talk about it openly and let it out of your system
so that our toxicity and in viticulture to me and you will be able to comfort
come out easily….. being on a healthy diet is not about feeling you know a dough
