Hey guys funk Roberts from FunkMMA.com, former professional athlete turned certified MMA strength and conditioning
coach and today I’m going to take you through a home MMA bodyweight workout using the Tabata protocol. Now I love using the Tabata protocol specifically
for myself but also for my fighters. It’s a great way for them to boost their
cardio, improve their conditioning, lose some weight and of course its mental
toughness. But usually with a timer it’s just not enough, it’s just not enough to
get you through those workouts. So I love using Tabata songs because not only do
they coach you through the countdown but also they have great beats. So today I’m
going to take you through an MMA Burpee home bodyweight workout using Tabata
