Okay, now I’m going to show you how to do
a lat pull down using the rope from the high pulley on the cable. You want to make sure
again that the pulley is locked in. Safety feature there, ok. Take a step back.Your feet
are flat on the floor. Feet and knees together, your back is straight, again, slight bend
in your knees, that’s going to protect your lower back. Any kinda weight bearing exercises
that you’re doing from the top, you always want to make sure that your lower back is
protected. So you want to start here, again, slight bend in your elbows, just want to pull
that straight down and out. You want to begin here and end here. Your back is straight and
your neck is neutral with your spine. Again, any kind of weight bearing exercises you want
to make sure neck, your spine and your back are well protected. And the way you do that
is to keep everything in the natural alignment. Down. You want start about here and stay nice
and strong. Keep your back straight, nice and stabilized and down and back up. I’m going
