Bring Sall Up #2 PUSH-UP challenge


Hello guys! All of you that
stayed until the very end witnessed that Kinez completed not one, but two
Bring Sally Up songs which are focused on push-ups. And if you watched his previous
challenge with this same song you could see that one Bring Sally Up wasn’t too difficult
challenge for Kinez, so he decided to make it even harder. Tell me Kinez, how would you rank this challenge?
So beofore answering that, I would like to separate a grade that I’m going to give for pain
and grade that is going to represent the difficulty of the challenge. Actually, the thing that limits progress
and grow the most in this challenge is the pain. The pain starts already somewhere
after the first minute, and it grows drastically as time goes by. For the pain, I would give a ten –
I felt the pain through my whole body. And for the dificullity of challenge, the grade would be nine.
Because I still had strength to continue further. Although it was extremely difficult,
looking from this perspective I’m positive I could have done it more. During a performance of the challenge,
I had a small problem with the push-up bars, they were slipping when I was going up and therefore,
during some repetitions, I had to set the bars which led me to miss
the correct timing to go down or up. But those are just minor irrelevant things,
the workout was performed more than great. Give us the ”thumbs up” guys if you liked the video,
and because the Kinez declared that he had much more energy if this clip reaches 2000 likes,
Kinez will have to do 3 songs in a row for the next challenge. Well, I must say that I’m not very happy
about this Aške’s suggestion, he put a big weight on my shoulders. But the true warriors never reject a good challenge,
that’s why I’m going to give my best to complete it. It’s a deal: 2000 likes and I will

  4. Na kraju druge pesme je zazvonio telefon sa kog je puštana sama pesma, al je Kinez znao napamet ostatak i gde treba da se podigne. Zato je Aške pitao je l gotovo kad je Kinez ustao 😁

  6. Prestao sam sa vezbanjem zbog faksa pre oko 2 meseca, i kao nesto malo vezbao u toku istih, cisto da odrzim formu, ali nista od toga. Pokusao sam challenge, i jedva izdrzao 50 sekundi, bas sam nezadovoljan, mislio sam da mogu bar 2 minuta… Definitivno moram da se vratim vezbanju, i bar 2 pesme da uradim lagano kao kinez!

  7. Ja se brate pitao sta je ovo ovako dugacka pesma! Kad ono 2 pesme odradio! Svaka cast kinez , sjajna forma i neka je sa srecom ako budes radio 3 pesme… 🙂 💪

  8. Da li se kinez previse spustao i bio malo vise nego sto treba nagnut napred ja se u streetwork out ne razumem nesto mnogo zato ako sam pogresio molim vas da ne hejtujete

Mogu da uradim oko 45 sklekova po seriji ali ne mogu nikako da dobije na eksplozivnosti(da ih radim brzo).Radim 10 seria po 20 ponavljanja i posle toga radim 5 serija propadanj po deset ponavljanja iz treninga u trening mogu da uradim uradim vise ali uopste ne dobijama na brzini dok ih radim.Da li imate neki savet.Pozdrav

  14. Tesko je toliko minuta provesti i u plank polozaju a kamoli jos i sklekove raditi…. dajte i jedan trening sa tockicem za core….
