Best Vegetarian Diet During Pregnancy

Do you know the best vegetarian diet during
pregnancy that I could follow? Are you deciding to become vegetarian in the
hopes of having a healthy baby, or did the doctor order this to help you lose weight
and get your blood pressure under control? It’s actually involuntary. The sight and
smell of meat make me violently ill. First and foremost, you need to get enough
protein. That’s from eating beans and legumes. If you can stand lentils, chickpeas and other
pulses, you should eat those, too. I could drink soy milk and eat soy-gurt. Or eat vegetarian meat substitutes like fake
ribs and vegetarian chicken wings. A lot of vegetarian mock foods are a joke. You could get enough protein by eating tofu.
And then there is dairy. I won’t have milk production until later. I meant milk and milk products. One of the
best things you could do is eat enough milk, cheese, yogurt and other dairy products. A perfect excuse to down a pint of chocolate
chip cookie dough ice cream. While I said you could eat dairy, don’t
forget to mind the calories. I’m eating for two. At this stage, it is more like 1.3. You only
need about 100 to 300 calories more, not doubled food intake. At least on a vegetarian diet, I don’t have
to worry about getting enough fruits and vegetables. If you are eating dairy products, you don’t
have to worry about calcium, B12 or protein. But going vegan is going to mean you need
a lot more vitamins and dietary management. Funny how people who say they want to go back
to nature can’t live without B12 and other supplements made in a complicated lab. But
all I need is the iron supplements. You might want to talk to the doctor about
the iron supplements, because that might be what is aggravating your stomach. Or it might be the stomach bug that’s going
to stay until pushed out in a few months.
